8 Steps to learn how to play the soccer

7. Find a training partner

Practice passing and play one vs. one to promote your dribbling and defensive skills. A good training partner will prompt you to practice harder and make exercising more fun.
Take a training partner that is near your ability level or better than you. He or she should be serious about getting how to play soccer.
8. Practice consistently
Don’t worry about practice for long periods of time. Several players burn themselves out by practicing too much. It’s better to limit your practice sessions, so you are excited to practice the next day.
